Ingredients
- 140 g Skotidakis Crumbled Skotidakis Feta Cheese
- 1 watermelon (colour of your choice), small
- 2 tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 5 fresh cilantro sprigs
- 100 ml olive oil
Preparation
Cut watermelon into dices and remove the seeds. Put into a bowl. In another bowl, mix the Skotidakis Crumbled Feta Cheese with the finely chopped red onion and add the minced mint and cilantro. Add the olive oil and the juice of one lime. Pour the mix over the watermelon, add pepper and serve right away.
