Ingredients
- 190 ml Skotidakis Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 85 ml quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 tsp. ground chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- Two dozen blueberries
Preparation
In a glass or Mason jar, add and crush about 10 blueberries. Pour half of the Skotidakis Vanilla Greek Yogurt over the crushed blueberries. Mix the rolled oat and chia seeds mixture with 10 more blueberries. Add the remaining yogurt and let rest overnight in the fridge. Before serving, add a teaspoon of flax seeds and the remaining blueberries.
*The Mason jar easily fits in a lunchbox.
